Same here. Been happening for the past 11 hours.

EDIT: I managed to join through Japan, but it's unplayable with 200+ ping. Decided to try Milan (31 ms), and on login the ping stayed the same, above 200 ping like on Japan servers.

EDIT 2: If you do join from Japan (example), and are able to connect through EU server after that, make sure to create a new instance or else your ping will be high..

I can't join the game on any character. I created a new character, but nothing. Only a new character works if I enter through Japan, for example, I killed Miller, switched back to Europe, and when I try to enter the city (new instance), I can't join again. I played yesterday during server issues, if that matters. The game is completely unplayable for me right now. Basic played on Amsterdam

The same, impossible to launch the game on Xbox (failed to connect to instance) !!!

Milan works for me too, but I can't trade. Every loading of another player's instance = crash and "failed to join any instance".
