Gladiator Arena. Theme idea for league/mechanic.

We need productive ideas such of this in post. Stop meaningless Leagues and bring people a little joy of implementations that exist over 30 years in RPG games. Afterall we don't want another copy paste game of Poe1's rules.

Gladiator Arena should have taken place instead of boring temple. This is a big discussion WHY everything should be copied from poe1 and not new implementations never come to table. Why guys??? Why every 4 months boring Leagues! You supposed have created something new and innovative. Did you dry out of ideas??? Or developing 2 games at the same time destroyed vision of both games?

New League Idea: "Rite of the Red Sands"

I really like the theme of the Gladiator Arena and wanted to share an idea for a new league named "Rite of the Red Sands." The Maraketh is a matriarchal warrior society and fits the Red Sands in Act 2.

Players seek fame and glory in the Red Sands Colosseum. This league introduces a new card collection mechanic where players collect “Boss Cards.” To obtain Boss Cards, you must defeat bosses in the Campaign and Endgame Maps, and these dropped cards are fully tradable.

To ascend the Leaderboard from Pit Dog to Grand Champion, you must slot Boss Cards into the Colosseum Device at the Red Sands Colosseum. Climbing ranks is a slow process, where you must defeat more difficult bosses in each circuit shown below. The first circuit is where you fight one Boss, then two, and finally three Bosses simultaneously for the ultimate challenge. The bosses in each circuit become more challenging with each victory.
