Every bugs that need attention with Syndicate and Harvest.

Harvest:
1-With the notable Crop rotation allocated, the ui do not reflect the actual number of seeds on the ground.
2-Seed level 4 monsters (all 3 of them) do not phase when they reached the phasing threshold and instead keep queuing other abilities.
3-The vivid boss will end his Circle attack before reaching a full rotation when fought next to the zone limit terrain.

Syndicate:
1- Investigation UI with a high amount of connection will completely block the percentage bar below the safehouse leader.
2-Lethal extraction notable will make safehouse prematurely go from 100% to 90%.
3-Lethal extraction notable will block unranked member to join some safehouse.(fixed if you unspec Lethal extraction to force a member to join a bugged.safehouse and respect the point afterward.)
4-Safehouse that are opened inside of a map have a chance to despawn the interaction at the end of it.(fixed if you open safehouse from the hideout.)
