Poe 1 and 2 won't let me log in on Xbox

I just keep getting an error saying an unexpected problem has occurred. Every other game i have is working just fine. This all started after I had to force close my game because I got stuck on a loading screen going into a Mirage. Game has been unplayable because of the loading screens anyways.
