New skills request / unique

This would be unarmed only and 100% fantasy on my part. Would it be possible to have a hadoken (tap) like skill that is able to charge and channel consuming power charges at the same time able to use elemental remnants to change the element of the channel. This would go nice with Mantra of destruction for a timed buff to add to the tap feature. Maybe a fire wave ability considering we have ice and lightning already. would be nice for skill gem or unique gloves
