Mirage-specific league currency drop rates/Coveted Currency

I'm unsure whether this is an actual bug, but something doesn't seem to quite add up with the drop rates of some Mirage-specific currencies.

I was looking through my challenges, and taking a look at Coveted Currency I realized I had no idea what Coins of Desecration are, or any of the Incubators. I figured that the Incubators would most likely drop inside Mirages, when running either Delirium or Legion. However, zero have dropped to me so far, despite having ran both mechanics consistently throughout the league.

Asking a friend about the Coins of Desecration, he was positive something is just wrong with my filters, since he claims to average 1-3 per Mirage. Hard to imagine that the loot filter would be the culprit, as I've been using a non-modified strict Neversink filter all league. Coins of Restoration I have had about 100 drop, and both coins seem to belong to the same currency category, so naturally both should be visible. Just to be sure, I ran a few Mirages without a filter and looked through all the ground loot with no luck.

Is there an actual issue here, or some astronomically comical RNG at work? I'm reminded of the seed-based bug in Delve league where some players could not have Prime Chaotic Resonators drop.

coins of desecration are only from mirage beyond monsters, coins of restoration just require being in a mirage

the special incubators are only from legion(mirage deliriums give refracting fogs), I would have to check if those incubators have even more specific drop restrictions(certain rewards, generals, etc... as I don't do legion)

Afaik the special incubators only drop from Afarud faction monsters and chests. The Afarud faction appears randomly with a certain chance (maybe 20%?).
