Lost a level 75 Inscribed Ultimatum because of a glitch in one of the stages

When I entered the time stage to clear enemies during the trial of chaos, there was no tab to click on to start the stage and the timer. I couldn't go back to the trial master or the platform and couldn't teleport back. Usually the tab to click on is very obvious but for some reason, this time it was not. I exited the game hoping to get back to the Trials and I was at back at the entrance unable to continue the trials that I started and lost my level 75 Inscribed which is worth 600-700 exalted.
