Simultaneously hyped but will absolutely skip this league if there's no melee class

Seriously. What are we doing. More caster builds. 16 months into release.

I'm going to turn the stream off if it starts with Jonathon letting us down gently about how they were "so close" to releasing a melee class this patch but wanted to get it right.

Yes, class order is pretty weird. All the girly rangeds and spellcasters go first i guess.

Mostly Melee left, but they will make Axe thrower spec as ranged, one Shadow spec will also be ranged.
Templar will have minion/spells spec for sure.

Builds were never bound to classes in PoE...Grab a melee weapon and play it.

There will never be a class that can only be played in melee style.

I think he is talking about the imbalances between Melee, Range, and Caster.

Notable ES being King and Armour still being garbage.

OP Clearly meant Weapon and Abilities related to the Weapon that are melee abilities.
Which we do need as All obvious ranged/caster weapons are already in the game.

Actually OP was very specific in his description... twice. Why should anybody bother what he meant?

I agree with OP in that the witch needs more secret ascendancies. (/s)

Almost positive we're getting at least 1 melee weapon type and fairly hopeful for 2+.

It's still a ton of work but I figure axes, swords, daggers, claws and flails are easier to develop than the druid was.
