Allow Continuing Ultimatum after crash/dc

Just lost a mirror in ultimatum after the game decided to crash right after clicking the next stage isn't fun. At least allow us to continue the ultimatum after we reconnect to prevent such horror from happening again...

Yes, please. I assume the event type was "stand in stone circles", as those are the only types of ultimatum events that keep on crashing for me (rarely, but when it happens it's always infuriating). If we could get similar nodes to what breach got, like blocking encounter types instead of increasing the chance of them, that would at least partially solve the issue. Also if the same nodes would prevent inscribed ultimatums dropped with that event type, that would also be great.
