why are higher ilvl baryas worth more? what can be gained?

I have run a lot of ilvl 80s and cant tell the difference
between 80 and 82. Ive never bought an ilvl 85 barya they
are currently worth 200 divs. why?

the monesters are mlvl 80 the rares are mlvl 82 no matter
what right? I'm not asking if there is a reason.... but what
the reason is? ilvl 80 barya 1 ex. ilvl 85 barya 200 divs.

why is this? it is so. the market uniformly commands it.
no one sells an ilvl 83 barya for an ex. let alone an 85.

we are to expect that the max ilvl we can get is 82. but is it?
is there something going on with drops that is not obvious?

you cant convince me that a 1 ex barya and a 200 div barya are
the same. and no its not a fluke, like the gut who sells an
alch for 400 divs. its systematic. the higher the ilvl, uniformly,
the higher the price. why?

Blank ones from scratch are 1ex
