Weird Performance - PoE2 + Linux + Arch

I'm trying to play PoE2 on a Framework 16 AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS with Arch + KDE Plasma 6.

According to the performance charts, I'm getting 100+ FPS, with 15-25ms latency and the screen has the worse "jitter/lag" that it's unplayable.

I've tried setting all of the settings as low as I can and it makes no difference from them being all set to high. The FPS count shows a great FPS (even 60+ on high settings), but the display lag makes it completely unplayable.

It works find on Steam Deck, so that seems to suggest something in software, but I can't seem to figure out what.

I've tried Proton Experimental and Proton-GE 10.34, but that makes no difference either.

I'm hoping someone has some ideas?
