Help - Hammertime Inquisitor - how to get uber viable?

I have invedted a lot in my toon, I can do well-rolled T17s easily, I have 86+% Max resist, block, leech,... Now it is the first time I am attempting ubers and I read it is normal for most of the attacks to be extremely dangerous or even oneshots - which they are.

Anyways I think at this point my dps is the problem, I have 2.5m and I need to at least 2x that better 4x it and I dont see how I should be ever able to do that. My rings and probably gloves are not optimized but even then, I dont see how I can 4x my dps.
