transfer points from my account to a friend

I want to transfer 15 Points to my friend´s account because he wants to buy a stash tab and needs excatly 15 Points to purchase it. His account is xEFFE192#6518. Is it possible to transfer these 15 Points from my Account (Stockpit#5217)?

Could you post back if GGG allows you to do this? Unlike ~99% of account questions here I'm not sure if they will or won't. Back when POE1 was new they said they were worried doing so would open a door for RMT. Since then I have read parents saying they were able to transfer points from their account to a childs, so I know it's not an absolute prohibition; but don't know where they've drawn the line.
