I think i got shadow banned from the game

Since today i got the message "Failed to connect to instance" each time i try to enter my hideout or kingsmarch with any character, i think im no no longer allowed to play anymore... :(

I have the same Issue,
Even worse, depending on the gateway I'm trying to connect to I may not even be able to join karui shores |
