Failed to connect to instance

Been happening for over 24 hours now, I've tried probably every server, same thing. Some times I can load into town but straight back to title screen when I try to enter another zone.

I've been having the same problem for a few hours now.
I started a Memory Lane from Eeagon, tried to access the map, and got disconnected with the aforementioned error message. Since then, I can occasionally get into the hideout, but I can't access any map. It keeps throwing me back to the login screen with the same error message. I've tried different servers/gateways, deleted shaders, waited a while, and even opened new maps when I could get into the hideout. But they all just resulted in the same disconnect and error message.

So i have been testing around.
Frankfurt - Bad
Milan - Good
London - Bad
Amsterdam - Bad
Paris - Bad
Everything works as long i'm connected to Milan. If i open any Map and try to get into it while connected to any of the others i get the disconnect.
I also tryed to open a map while i was connected to Frankfurt, logged off and connected to Milan. Then i also get the disconnected, if try to get into the Map. It seems like the Maps when opened while connected to Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam and Paris get bricked somehow.

same here, i cant enter to my HO. ;/

i have the same problem too... tried everything for 4 hours and nothing worked... what is going on?
