I paid ransom for a shipment and after that the game acted as if the shipment didn't exist in the first place. Give me my 50 mil shipment back ggg?

Working as designed and GGG offers no refunds even if it was bugged.
Per wiki: Ransom - Lose 50,000 Gold and all shipped materials, recover the crew. Don't pick ransom for 50m shipments. |
