GAME UNPLAYABLE!! - FAILED TO JOIN INSTANCE SINCE YESTERDAY

Can somebody please restart the goddamn servers? Game is unplayable since yesterday, I simply cannot join a map seomtimes not even load into the game - FFAILED TO JOIN INSTANCE over and over again, is nobody monitoring If the game is even working?

On Frankfurt servers I cannot join map - failed to join instance
On London I cannot even join into Oriath - failed to join instance
Only one working is Milan....

PLEASE, fix the servers - it has to keep screaming into logs somewhere as error, is nobody monitoring this or what?

Same problem, cannot change map, cannot join my own or different player's hideout, can't do anything. Tried most of the servers, every one has 'failed to join any instances'.
