Stuck Currency Exchange Order from HC League

Hello,

I have an issue with a stuck Currency Exchange (Faustus) order in Path of Exile.

The order was created a long time ago in hardcore standart, and it is still showing as active. I no longer have a character in that league, and I cannot access the Currency Exchange there to cancel it.

Because of this, I’m unable to remove or manage the order in any way.

Could you please help me remove this stuck order from my account?

You should be able to just create a new Hardcore character and get to your Hideout to cancel or claim the order immediately after reaching Lioneye's Watch.

Inviting Faustus to your Hideout is an example of league-wide progression.

If a Hardcore League character previously invited him to your Hideout, then he will be permanently available there - regardless of whether the character that had done so was subsequently deleted. If what you have told us is accurate, Faustus will still be in your Hideout in Hardcore.

The order was created a long time ago in previous league, I don't remember how it transferred to standard hardcore (probably after the end of the league automatically), however, in the standard hardcore league I never reached the 6th act directly, so Faustus is not available to me.
