Drillneck Penetrating Quiver BUG - Not providing stats

Dear Team, Drillneck Penetrating Quiver has a bug and is not providing "% Increased Attack Speed". When equipping, I get additional Pierce, Life and Deflection Rating, but not the IAS. Last bumped on Feb 3, 2026, 12:35:23 AM
