Quest to Move from Qimah to Reservoir Glitch

In the interlude my quest did not reveal the way to the next map and now I am stuck. I tried resetting the zone and logging in and out a few times, but nothing is working.

I can't move past the Interlude because of this, and I would like to start doing some Endgame stuff on my character.
