Foulborn Gifts from above not diamond ring not scaling consecrated ground

The Foulborn Gifts from above ring mod:

"#% increased Effect of Consecrated Ground you create"

Doesn't seem to scale consecrated ground like it says. The wording of the mod is the exact same as the "Devotion" notable on the passive skill tree. Taking the ring on and off doesn't change hp regen whilst on consecrated ground.

I apologize if I'm missing something... but don't think it works

I have the exact same issue. I did verify that the client was recognizing i had the ring equiped and that i was on consecrated ground as my block chance did increase when equipping the ring ( life regen did not increase).

Hello Team this is still an issue. Example if you have rational doctrine on and consecrated ground it does not scale HP regen.
