cyclone of tumult life cost

hi can someone verify for me why cost of cyclone of tumult with lifetap increses with stacks is this intended i dont see any information on the gem .
curently at 39 life cost and with 405 regen it drains me to 0 in couple of seconds. thanks in advance for any feedback. Last bumped on Oct 7, 2025, 12:23:59 AM

Cyclone has very high attack speed, and with each stage the attack speed gets 30% more.
