Option to always by default show tiers and prefix suffix on items

Can we get a option to turn on ore off the following: show the prefix suffix and tiers by default. So we don't have to press the joystick on each item to see them. Thank you

click and hold "R3" then click "down" once

I tried holding R3 then pressing the down, but it's still reverting back to the default view without tiers. Did I miss something?
