Projectile Stun Buildup

1) Projectile Stun Buildup dosnt work correctly.
2) Unleash Fire dosnt works with projectiles.
3) BUT, Stun Buildup with MELEE DAMAGE works with bows

As of 0.4 "Projectile Stun Buildup" still does absolutely nothing. Speccing Heavy Ammunition which has 40% projectile stun buildup doesn't reflect the increase on projectile skill's tooltip page nor in testing. Count Geonor's executioner gets stunned reliably at 1800 damage inflicted with or without Heavy Ammunition specced.
