Frenzy and its skill effects

So I’m lvl 91 and playing around with my ice strike invoker. Slapped combat frenzy generator back in and when for a stroll, it seemed to have a major effect on combat. I previously used converting to power etc, but was surprised by the effective increase. I searched but could find no details on what it actually does to my combat skills. Any insights appreciated!!
