Silverback crash ps5

Hi!
I was fghting with Gorilla in 3 akt, in the middle of the game Poe app crashed. I had to report error via playstation. When I started game again while picking char. To continue it crashed again in the middle of loading screen. I tried again with different character there was no problem game started normalny. Does anyone have similar problem?
