If the Wurm's Molt belt is ilvl 40-44 it's worth 5-10c, otherwise you can vendor it. Doryani's Catalyst sells for 20-30c usually. Carcass Jack has some value too, and timeclasp can sell 2-3c. Rest can be vendored without losing sleep.
