Suggestions on my HC Berserker?

New to the forums as it shows in my post count, and this is my first build that i've tried making on my own.
Basically he's a pure phys/bleed cyclone berserker.
Any recommended changes anywhere to help make him a little more viable late game?
Currently only doing t6 yellow maps, havn't tried anything higher.
No issues as of yet, but i'm sure theyre coming.
