Help with build

So, I have a mirror arrow/blink arrow build. I didnt play besiary as i took a break and apparently it would have been amazing! As we dont have Saqawals for Incursion I thought i would try a Victarios version along the lines of the general preferbed passive tree.

With victarios we can fit 4 auras to buff mirror arrow but im not sure if hated will be better than EE + anger and wrath, and i cant work out how to PoB.

I have 14ex more to put into a working deathless shaper Mirrow arrow and would appreciate pointers.

Is the extra damage from Saqawals a must or can we make it work!
